Fitz’s Bar was recognised at the Naked People Award for its outstanding bar team and dedication to craftsmanship. The award highlights the team’s creativity, consistency and the distinctive guest experience that defines every evening at the bar.

Entree Magazine

At the Entree Awards 2023, Fitz’s Bar was named Best New Cocktail Bar. The jury praised the international bar team and the meticulous attention to detail, noting that “everything is perfected down to the smallest detail.”

Nick Vrielink secured the national title for the third consecutive year with his signature creation, Essence No. 5, earning the great honour of proudly representing the Netherlands on the world stage at the prestigious 2025 World Cocktail Championship in Colombia.

Nick Vrielink won Gold in the Pre-Dinner Cocktail category at the World Cocktail Championship in Rome, representing the Netherlands on behalf of the Dutch Bartenders Club (NBC) and marking a proud achievement for both himself and the Dutch bartender community.
